Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, intermediate care to complex medical, cardiac, and surgical patients, including those with sepsis, stroke, myocardial infarction, and other critical conditions.
• Monitor cardiac patients with telemetry, managing medications such as Dopamine, Dobutrex, Nitro, Heparin, Cardizem, and titrating Precedex.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments every 6 hours, chart all findings, and administer medications with precise documentation.
• Manage advanced procedures including IV insertions, chest tube care, DHT insertions, tracheostomy care, CVC management, and early patient mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care aligned with hospital policies and unit guidelines.
• Maintain certifications in BLS and ACLS.
