Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on August 17, 2026.

Job Details:
**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years experience required. - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certifications are required. - Cardiac telemetry experience is required. - Experience in management and interpretation of dysrhythmias is necessary. - Experience with peripheral line care/management, and PICC line management is required. - Experience in titrating drips is necessary. - Experience with PCU (Progressive Care Unit) ratios of 1:5 is mandatory. - Epic EMR experience is required. **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - Previous charge experience is preferred. - Charting system experience, specifically with Epic, is preferred. **Additional Requirements:** - Active license must be in hand at submission. - All RNs must pass a compliance EKG exam, with 2 attempts allowed. - COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are required, with only medical or religious exemptions allowed. - Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and have no barriers to completing compliance on time. - Floating between all Cone Health campuses may be required as needed. - No local candidates within a 50-mile radius. Current driver's license required to verify address. **Skills:** - Management of cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration). - BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, central line care/management. - Chest tubes management (Emerson/PleurEvac), CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) protocols, heparin protocols. - High flow nasal cannula (HFNC), isolation precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols. - Non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, PCA (Patient Controlled Analgesia). - Starting and maintaining IVs, telemetry, titration of insulin drips, tracheostomy care/management, wound care/wound vac.
