Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Trauma Care Stepdown/Pulmonary PCU position requiring telemetry and NIH Stroke Certification.

Details

• Work in the Trauma Care Stepdown and Pulmonary units of a hospital setting
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) providing stepdown and telemetry-level care
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• NIH Stroke Certification required for PCU/Tele placement
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the specialty required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide stepdown-level care to trauma and pulmonary patients requiring close monitoring
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for consideration
• First-time travelers may be considered
