Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry / IMC / Step-Down unit setting
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Float within specialty and skillset as operationally required

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a valid Compact State license
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current NIHSS certification
Must reside outside an 80-mile local radius of the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a Telemetry, IMC, PCU, or Step-Down unit
Demonstrated ability to adapt to float assignments within specialty area
