You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to providing top-notch patient care in a fast-paced environment. **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 44 - **Number of Staff:** 95 - **Day Shift Staffing:** - 2 CNC/Charge - 11 RNs - 4 CNAs - 1 HUC - **Night Shift Staffing:** - 2 CNC/Charge - 11 RNs - 4 CNAs - 1 HUC - **Patient Ratios:** 4/1 at grid, 5/1 stretched - **Equipment:** - IV pumps - Skylift - PCA pump - Chest tube - Trachs - Patient lifts - **EMR:** Cerner **Ideal Candidate:** - **Required Skills:** - ACLS - BLS - NIHSS - Neuro and Trauma Care experience (must have) - **Preferred Skills:** - Additional Neuro and Trauma Care experience **Typical Procedures:** - Neuro and spinal checks - C-Collar placement and TLSO braces - Chest tube, PCA pump, IV infusions - Lumber drain - Feeding tube placement - Blood transfusion **Best Personality Fit:** - Team player - Patient-focused **Floating Areas:** - Stepdown units - Med-surg units **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Navy blue **Scheduling:** - Every other weekend required **Experience:** - Minimum 2+ years required --- **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
