Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit (PCU). This role requires a dedicated and skilled professional who can assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience, particularly in a progressive care unit or similar setting.
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members and patients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing assessments.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
Document care provided and patient progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
