Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to join a dedicated healthcare team in a progressive setting. The role is focused on providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

The shifts for this position are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions and needs.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, medications, and interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Current state nursing licensure and BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
