Job Description:

Registered Nurse needed for Neuro Stepdown unit with strong clinical skills and a focus on neuro stepdown care. The role requires excellent nursing and time management skills, with experience in critical care environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient ratios of 6:1 on Acute Care and 4:1 on Neuro Stepdown.
• Perform bedside shift reports, establish personal connections, and participate in daily huddles.
• Handle equipment including vital sign machines, high flow oxygen, ventilators, and cardiac drips.
• Perform procedures such as lumbar puncture and chest tube placement.

Requirements:

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and nursing skills for acute and neuro stepdown care.
• Experience in Neuro Stepdown or similar unit preferred.
