Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a professional and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a progressive care unit (PCU). This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive setting.

Location

This position is available in City, State.

Shift Details

The scheduled hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Role Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a progressive care unit.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
