**Exciting Opportunity for a Travel RN in Progressive Care Unit!** **Job Description:** - Join a **brand new, state-of-the-art unit** with cutting-edge technology and facilities. - Experience a **collaborative and friendly team culture**, with a focus on teamwork and support. - Work in a **24-bed Progressive Care Unit** with a patient ratio of **5:1**. - Engage with a diverse patient population, including: - Elective orthopedic, spine, and GYN surgeries - Post-catheterization lab procedures (PCI, pacemaker, ablation, cardioversion) - Stroke management and CIWA care - Patients with renal and respiratory failure - Utilize **telemetry monitoring** and **post-operative care** equipment. - Work alongside a skilled team of **4-5 RNs** and 2-3 PCTs during day shifts; **4-5 RNs** and 2 PCTs at night. - Benefit from **modified self-scheduling**, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. - Plan your shifts **three weeks in advance**, providing ample time for trading shifts as needed. - Must have: - Minimum 1-year current **hospital PCU experience** - BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications - Preferred: - Cardiac care experience - Prior experience with **Meditech** EMR **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
