Mandatory questionnaire must be completed before an offer can be made:
Candidate aware they are being submitted to Cone and has reviewed the job description
Candidate flexible with scheduling and aware of zero-tolerance policy for tardiness/unexcused absences
Candidate has no barriers to completing compliance by the deadline
Candidate aware of and willing to take the required EKG exam
RTO must be included at submission
No post-submission RTO accepted
Third-party education verification required
No open background cases
Active license in hand
Epic experience required
Current driver's license required
Compliance deadline: 12:00 PM EST Wednesday before the start date

The biggest hard stops are:
2+ years RN experience
Active license in hand
BLS
Epic experience
More than 50 miles from the facility
Ability to pass the Cone Health EKG exam
Willingness to float across Cone Health facilities
RTO provided at submission
