Assignment Overview
Join our dynamic Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as a dedicated Registered Nurse. We are seeking candidates with 18 months of PCU RN experience for this critical care setting. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with a range of patient types and possess the necessary skills to provide high-quality care.
Floating: Required within the region and scope of practice
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to patients, ensuring quality and safety
Manage patient care plans and administer medications
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
Perform wound care and dressing changes
Maintain and manage central lines
Qualifications
Required:
18 months of PCU RN experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Skills in cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tubes, and trach management
