LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Job Description & Requirements

- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
Weekends: Travelers are expected to work every other week per their contract. Pending operational needs, consecutive weekends may be needed based on the greatest need
Charge coverage: Pending operational needs, unit charge nurse responsibilities may be needed with provided training and resources.
Certification Requirements: ACLS and BCLS
Skillset Requirements: Level 1 or Level II Trauma Experience, Telemetry, IV Start, and Cardiac Drips - Titrate
Floating Requirements: Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) with resources provided if needed at both University and Methodist Hospitals
Floating is Mandatory
Staffing Ratios: 1:3-5 Based on Acuity
Unit Information: Post Cardiac Surgery, Post Vascular Surgery - NEEDS STRONG CARDIAC/Post-op heart experience
Active RN Licenses
Experiences: 2 year(s)
Note: SCREEN threshold is low - only PASS VERY STRONG CARDIAC PCU w/ titration of drips, Level I or II trauma
Certification: ACLS, BLS
Floating Required
