Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to acutely ill patients who are moderately stable with an elevated risk for instability
• Perform advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions in a progressive care setting
• Apply advanced clinical knowledge and experience to influence and guide patient care outcomes
• Conduct and document assessments in compliance with unit and regulatory standards, including requirements for moderate complexity testing

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• Healthcare Provider BLS (AHA) required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per College of American Pathologists moderate complexity testing standards)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous PCU, IMC, or stepdown unit nursing experience
• Basic EKG interpretation experience
