As a Travel RN in the PCU, you will deliver clinical education to staff, support interdisciplinary team education, and engage in just-in-time coaching. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently. Flexibility for various shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential. You will document education completion and identify barriers to ensure effective learning. Your experience in nursing education and competency validation will be key in this setting.
