Join our team as a PCU Registered Nurse in Spokane, WA, at a leading acute-care hospital. We are seeking skilled nurses with experience in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Step Down units, particularly those with cardiac drip experience who can titrate and manage medications. This is a contract position with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.

As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Providing care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Managing and titrating cardiac drips as a hard stop requirement.
• Floating between units as needed, particularly to Telemetry or Medical-Surgical floors if overstaffed.
• Participating in weekend shifts every other week.

• Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
• Expected patient ratios: 1:4-5
• On-call requirements: No
• Block schedules: Not required
• Special requirements: 48 hours approved

This facility is a Short Term Acute Care hospital and a Level II Trauma Center with a total of 629 staffed beds. It is also a teaching hospital. The charting system used is Epic, and there is no fee for parking.
