Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVPICU for a travel nursing job in Newark, New Jersey.
• Years of Experience Required:HARD STOP: Must have 2+ years of PICU critical care experience with 1 year of cardiac experience.
• IV Therapy & General Nursing: IV therapy (port access, blood product administration, central line care, PICC management, TPN/lipids); phlebotomy; urinary catheter insertion/management; infection control/PPE; wound care
• Respiratory & Airway Management: BiPAP/CPAP; ventilator care; airway maintenance; chest tube/intubation assistance; ETCO2 monitoring; HFNC; suctioning; tracheostomy care
• Insulin administration; gastric/NG tube management; anti-seizure medications; antiarrhythmics; IV vasopressors; pediatric dosage calculations; Broselow system
• Charting: EPIC experience required • Holiday Requirement: Must work 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays, per unit needs • Accept First-Time Travelers: No • Locals Accepted: Yes, Locals accepted .
