Job Summary
Pediatric Intensive Care Float RN Critical Care, located in the healthcare organizations Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Float team, will provide specialized patient care in the pediatric critical care setting. This position involves floating to various units within the organizations North and South Campuses, supporting acute care floors with 1:1 observation assignments for pediatric patients.

Job Details

• Position Description: Pediatric Critical Care Float RN with the Clinical Resource Team, working in a pediatric intensive care environment, supporting additional units within the organizations pediatric critical care resources.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BSN, Colorado RN license, minimum 2 years of Pediatric Critical Care experience, current BLS, PALS (AHA), and ACLS (AHA) certifications, prior travel experience, and experience working in pediatric intensive care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior float team experience.
• Additional Information: This role is for Critical Care Float Team RNs requiring ICU experience to float across pediatric intensive care units and acute care floors, supporting pediatric patient observation and critical care needs. Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are permitted.
