Job Summary:
Pediatric Medical Floor Nurse Practitioner - High School Location. This position involves providing specialized inpatient pediatric care on a medical surgical unit for a 13-week assignment. The role requires caring for pediatric patients in a fast-paced hospital environment, adhering to established clinical protocols and ensuring quality patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-Hour Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active registered nurse (RN) license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 2 years of pediatric medical surgical experience, previous inpatient pediatric experience, and medical and religious exemptions accepted for seasonal influenza vaccination.
• Preferred Qualifications: More than 2 years of pediatric medical surgical experience, previous travel experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required. The organization reserves the right to float to a like unit as needed within the Denver Metro area, up to 35 miles from the assigned facility.
• Additional Information: Candidates must meet all compliance requirements prior to start. At least one holiday and holiday eve working shift are required. Pediatric medical/surgical experience is essential, and prior travel experience is mandatory. No RTO permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment, with a maximum of five days RTO on the 13-week contract.
