Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school, valid state licensure in Illinois, CPR certification, and pediatric experience of at least 1 year.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or with the organization is highly desired; prior experience with select medical therapy settings is a plus.
- Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate medical records, participating in student training, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
