Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Pediatric OR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for pediatric and occasional adult patients.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operating rooms for surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record systems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols including infection control and emergency procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations requiring availability for weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute or outpatient pediatric surgical setting.
• Certifications required: ACLS, PALS, BLS.
• Strong experience with general surgery and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system preferred.
• Able to train in endoscopy, if needed.
