Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Pediatric OR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care in a pediatric operating room setting.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to other UCSF facilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Follow all required protocols for COVID-19 and health safety measures.
• Participate in patient rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to enhance patient care.
• Document patient care using the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Current CA RN license in good standing required.
• BLS and PALS certifications required; CNOR preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pediatric OR and Trauma Level I facilities required.
• Prior experience with Epic charting systems required.
• Previous charge experience in a surgical environment preferred.
• Commitment to infection control and patient safety standards.
