Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Pediatric OR position requiring at least 2 years of OR experience and current BLS and PALS certifications.

Details

• Pediatric Operating Room unit supporting a wide variety of service lines including GI, dental, plastics, urology, gyn, and general surgery
• Day shift schedule of 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Float as needed between Lexington, Needham, and Waltham satellite operating room locations
• Epic charting system used

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Current BLS and PALS certifications required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Pediatric OR experience strongly preferred
• Sports medicine, orthopedic, and ophthalmology experience strongly preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• 2 verified professional references required from 2 of the last 3 places worked, from different facilities
• Previous travel nursing experience required

Additional Information

• Perform surgical nursing duties across multiple pediatric service lines including craniofacial, ENT, general surgery, gynecology, and orthopedic procedures
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at a lower rate
