Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Minimum 1-year current Pediatric RN experience
- BLS & NRP & PALS
- Must be comfortable with high flow oxygen, spinal fusion, chest tubes
- Prior Meditech experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- NGTs, Foleys, TP Tubes, PIVs, phlebotomy (we do have an accuvein in the dept)
- Rare- but can occur occasionally- LP's.
- It's a fast paced department- Be willing to ask for help and be willing to help
- It's a fun team and we like everyone to feel like they are part of the team- so someone that wants to be part of a team.
