Description

American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of pediatric experience for a 13-week night shift assignment at a Level 1 trauma, neonatal/pediatric-only hospital.

Details

• Pediatric-only hospital setting within the Respiratory Care Pediatrics unit
• Facility includes a Level 3 NICU, a PICU, and Level 1 trauma center designation
• Frequently manages ventilated patients on Acute Care and Med-Surg floors
• Night shift hours from 19:30 to 07:00
• 36 scheduled hours per week
• Every other weekend work required
• Holiday coverage per department need
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• Pediatric experience required
• Current RRT certification
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Current PALS certification (AHA)
• NRP certification preferred
• License required if applicable
• Current license with primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment
