Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to pediatric patients.
• Monitor and adjust ventilator settings according to patient needs.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as required.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric respiratory therapy.
• Tennessee license required at the time of submission.
• Experience in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
• Driver's license required at submission.
