Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric respiratory care, including aerosol and CPAP therapy.
• Assume responsibility for the management of airway equipment and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize respiratory treatments.
• Utilize EPIC for accurate charting and documentation.
• Support patients and families through education and therapeutic treatments.
• Ensure adherence to facility policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current RRT certification with state license (license can be pending but active to start).
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience.
• BLS and PALS certifications required.
• Ability to work every other weekend and float within scope.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
• Experience with respiratory therapy skills specific to pediatrics.
