Job Summary:
The outpatient Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is based in Everett, Washington. The role involves providing pediatric speech and language therapy services at a facility with comprehensive maternity and neonatal intensive care. The position offers a flexible weekday schedule, starting as soon as possible, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care in a Level II Trauma Center environment.
Job Details:

- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours

- Required Qualifications: Valid state license; at least 1 year of pediatric speech therapy experience; BLS certification; minimum 1 year of experience in speech-language pathology; no experience required if candidate has specific certification and licensing
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pediatric patient care; familiarity with EPIC charting system; prior work in community hospital or Level II Trauma Center settings
- Additional Information: The position requires commitment to working three of the five designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). Candidates must include all requested time off or scheduling restrictions at the time of submittal. References covering the last three years are required, with a minimum of two references. The candidate must be willing to float between nearby sister facilities if needed. Candidates should not contact the facility directly unless arranged through the recruitment team.
