Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in BLS, CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology), California license in hand for SLPs, a minimum of 2 years of experience including at least 1 year of hospital experience, and experience working with pediatric patients.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a childrens hospital, pediatric outpatient, pediatric rehab facility, and PICU settings.
- Additional Information: The role requires proficiency with Epic charting system, and familiarity with assessment tools such as CELF, PLS-4, and Rossetti Infant-Toddler Language Scale. Candidates should have experience with speech-language evaluation, treatment planning, and working with developmental delays, autism, and oral motor assessments. Travel may be required within the specified radius; floating to different departments can occur as needed. Orientation hours are 40, and modules are conducted pre-start and annually.
