We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatrics Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a leading acute-care hospital in Hagerstown, MD. This contract position focuses on providing exceptional care to pediatric patients on the medical-surgical floor, which includes 8 pediatric beds. Candidates must have a strong background in pediatrics, with a minimum of 2 years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required.
• Experience in both adult and pediatric medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Certifications required: BLS, PALS.
• EPIC experience is required.
• On-call requirements: No.
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will receive a local rate that is $5 less.
• Pending licenses are accepted.

This position requires a commitment to working night shifts, specifically 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00. We are looking for RNs who are passionate about pediatric care and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
