Required: RNs must have one year of inpatient experience minimum in the related department with the trauma level shown below                
Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel                
Required: All Candidates are expected to Float as needed.

Job Summary: Under general supervision, the RN provides nursing care in a hospital setting to patients with health conditions ranging from simple to complex. Responsibilities include patient care, documentation, assisting physicians, administering medications, monitoring patient responses, and interacting with patients and families regarding care plans and hospital procedures. The RN is expected to deliver competent care, delegate tasks to support staff, and make referrals as needed.

Required Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program

Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
• Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
• PALS (American Heart Association)
