Key Responsibilities

• Perform PET/CT imaging studies, selecting appropriate software options and imaging parameters to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety through pre-screening for contraindications, aseptic injection technique, and adherence to radiation safety regulations and documentation requirements when working with radioactive materials
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, promote comfort, and ensure satisfaction throughout the imaging process
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to interpret physician orders and deliver accurate imaging results
• Troubleshoot scanner and peripheral equipment including monitors, PACS, and associated systems
• Train and support new technologists and support staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology/CT Technologist license in the state of New Hampshire
• Nuclear Medicine certification through ARRT or NMTCB
• Minimum of 1–2 years of PET/CT experience
• Proficiency operating GE Discovery PET/CT equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in varied imaging environments such as outpatient centers, mobile units, or hospital-based facilities
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot imaging equipment and PACS systems independently
