Patient ratios are not applicable for this role. There are no unit staffing requirements for secretaries or techs. Equipment includes documentation systems such as Meditech Magic, Vigilanz, Dose Edge, Pyxis, and C2 safe. Scheduling requirements specify evening and night shifts. No floating policy is in place. Client experience is a requirement for patient experience. Advanced pharmacist skills are expected, including IV verification, medication verification, and IV compounding as necessary. Dress code includes scrubs, preferably silver and purple. Unit-specific guidelines and policies are to be adhered to as provided. Pharmacy employee engagement score is 83.
