Travel Pharmacist - $2,346 per week in Topeka, KS

Job Title: Pharmacist Inpatient Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 15:00 Experience: 2 years preferred License: Valid state license required at submission Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PharmD, RPh required Must-Have: - BLS - ACLS - PharmD - RPh - Valid state license Description: Pharmacist Inpatient needed for day shifts. Two years of experience preferred. First-time travelers are accepted. Shift times may vary. All required certifications must be in hand at the time of application. Experience in anticoagulation therapy, high-alert medications, inpatient/acute care, IV push medications, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, Pyxis, renal dosing, sterile technique, therapeutic medication monitoring, and warfarin dosing is essential. Experience in community hospitals is preferred. Floating to like units within the scope may be required based on facility needs. Travelers will receive a brief orientation on the unit. Modules are non-billable and must be completed onsite during orientation. Patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 100 patients.
