Travel Pharmacist - $2,365 per week in Independence, MO

Job Title: Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacy Duration: 26 Weeks Shift: Varying shifts Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Current/active MO pharmacist license in good standing Certifications: Required certifications as applicable Description: Must have a current/active MO technician license in good standing. Covering every other weekend. De-centralized pharmacist model in use. Five technicians available on day shift, one mid shift, two evening shifts, and two overnight shifts. Types of equipment include Pyxis ES and Dose Edge. Documentation system utilized is Meditech. Scheduling requirements include working days, evenings, and weekends. No on-call requirements. Floating policy is not applicable. Procedures performed include refilling Pyxis machines, filling first doses, IV sterile compounding, non-sterile compounding, packaging unit dose medications, assisting pharmacists, and refilling code blue trays. Dress code consists of clean scrubs. Position entails working 40 hours per week. Combination of day and evening shifts required. Weekends will be mandatory. No overnight shifts needed.
