Travel Pharmacist - $2,534 per week in Westwood, NJ

Job Title: Pharmacist Inpatient Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required License: State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal Certifications: - BLS - PharmD - RPh - Inpatient Infusion Must-Have: - Minimum 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience - Certifications in BLS, PharmD, RPh, and Inpatient Infusion Description: The pharmacist will work on an inpatient unit. The primary shift will be 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The role includes one week of on-call duty every three weeks. Previous charge experience is not required. The facility accepts first-time travelers. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Experience in community hospital settings is preferred, along with exposure to long-term acute care. Candidates should have experience in various therapeutic areas, including antibiotics, anticoagulation therapy, cardiac dosing, and more. Skills in compounding, sterile technique, and therapeutic medication monitoring are essential. The patient population includes neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support is available from various teams, including pharmacy and rapid response teams. Compliance with all onboarding requirements is necessary.
