Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Lubbock, TX 79410
Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Lubbock, Texas
Schedule: Night shift, 7 days on/7 days off, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM. Transition to day shift expected July/August 2026 through January 2027. Every other weekend required. 26-week assignment through February 8, 2027.

Requirements:- Active Texas pharmacy license required at time of submission
- PharmD degree and RPh certification
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required
- Pediatric exposure or experience required; retail-only experience does not qualify
- Epic charting system experience required
- Proficiency with sterile technique, compounding, IV medications, and high-alert medications
- Experience with pediatric dosing, Pyxis systems, and therapeutic medication monitoring
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
