Description:
This position provides pharmacy and medication management services to patients.
The pharmacist is responsible for ensuring a consistent level of service in accordance with established policies.
Direct patient care and services are provided to various patient populations including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients.
This position requires working rotational shifts that include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The role offers opportunities for career advancement through tier levels from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist based on pharmacy experience.
The Advanced Practice Pharmacist serves as a clinical pharmacist, providing direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments.
Advanced Practice Pharmacist II is responsible for specialized pharmacy-based clinics and analyzing clinical services to develop programs that align with high-quality care.
Responsibilities include administration of policies and procedures, as well as directing programs and activities in line with mission and values.
The incumbent serves as the Clinic Manager of Operations at designated clinics and provides technical and administrative supervision to professional and non-professional employees, including Advanced Practice Pharmacists, Staff Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, and Pharmacy Billers.
The organization serves a broader community and provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient emergency services, as well as various specialized medical services.

Candidates must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school.
A minimum of two years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist is required, along with one year as a Clinical Pharmacist.
