Travel Pharmacist - $2,880 per week in Cleveland, OH

STAFF PHARMACIST - RETAIL - PRN

Summary of Responsibilities: Administering flu shots at onsite Flu shot clinics for various local businesses. Will need to be flexible as days and hours will vary depending on need. Some weeks there are five clients, some weeks there are no clients. This is part time two-seven hours per event (site); one-two days per week. There are no guaranteed hours or days.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Pharmacist
• BSP degree
• RPH license in the State of Ohio
• Current BLS/Immunization delivery certification

Preferred Qualifications: Pharm D, experience administering flu shots.

Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start: Ohio Licensed Pharmacist, BLS current, Immunization certification

Physical Environment: Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations at various onsite business locations

Network Access and/or Applications used: Epic functionality required.
