Pharmacist needed asap
Hospital experience needed for both shifts.
Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: Preferred
One year's technical experience: Preferred
Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience: Preferred
Pharmacist license in the state of practice: Required
All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
Registered Pharmacist (RPH): Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or HeartCode ACLS (HACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS): Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) or HeartCode BLS (HBLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS): Required
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or HeartCode PALS (HPALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS): Required
