Roles & Responsibilities
- Verify oncology medication orders using Epic system to ensure patient safety
- Answer provider and patient questions regarding chemotherapy regimens and treatments
- Oversee and check the work of pharmacy technicians compounding sterile hazardous and non-hazardous infusions
- Enter and review therapy/treatment plans in Epic for oncology patients
- Collaborate with oncology clinic leadership and IP pharmacy clinical manager to optimize patient care
