A minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist
A minimum of one year of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist
Description:
This position provides services in a healthcare setting.
The Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients.
The role ensures a consistent level of service in accordance with established policies.
Direct patient care and services are provided to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients.
This position requires working rotational shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The position provides opportunities for career advancement through tier levels from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist, as determined by pharmacy experience.
The Advanced Practice Pharmacist serves as a clinical pharmacist for direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments.
In addition to the responsibilities of the Advanced Practice Pharmacist I, Advanced Practice Pharmacist II is responsible for all specialized pharmacy-based clinics.
Responsibilities also include ongoing analysis of clinical services to develop programs that align with the highest quality of care.
Administrative duties involve the administration of policies and directing activities in accordance with established mission, vision, and values.
The incumbent serves as the Clinic Manager of Operations and provides technical and administrative supervision to professional and non-professional employees.
The services provided in this role contribute to the overall health and safety of the community.
