Provides input and implements the patient's plan of care based on diagnosis in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from patients, families, and other healthcare providers. Performs competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring and care, and effective communication. Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures.
