Job Title: Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Duration: 13 months Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist; Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist. License: Current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia. Certifications: Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Must-Have: Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education. Description: This position provides comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients. The pharmacist ensures a consistent level of service in accordance with established policies. Direct patient care and services are provided to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. This position requires working rotational shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position offers opportunities for career advancement through tier levels of Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist based on pharmacy experience. The Advanced Practice Pharmacist serves as a clinical pharmacist for direct clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient departments. Responsibilities include administration of policies and procedures and directing programs and activities in accordance with the organization's mission and values. The incumbent will serve as the Clinic Manager of Operations and provide technical and administrative supervision to professional and non-professional employees. The organization provides services to a diverse community and includes various medical professionals across multiple specialties.
