Travel Pharmacist - $3,066 per week in Cartersville, GA

Job Title: Pharmacist Inpatient Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Duration: 10 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10 hours (21:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Required Certifications: BLS, RPh Must-Have: - Inpatient/Acute care experience - Mail Order, Retail Pharmacy experience - Skilled Nursing, Clinical dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing - Therapeutic medication monitoring, Compounding - IV Piggyback, IV push Medications experience Description: Schedule consists of 7 on 7 off, with night shifts. There is no call requirement. Floating will be required within the facility and scope of practice as needed. The unit accepts first-time travelers. Candidates will undergo a clinical screening to determine their fit. If passed, candidates will be sent to the manager for final decision. Travelers are expected to work major holidays if they fall within their assignment period. If one major holiday occurs, the traveler must work it. If two holidays occur, the traveler must work both holidays. If three holidays occur, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Compliance to all onboarding requirements is necessary to start on time. If compliance is not met, there may be a delay of 2 weeks. Maximum request for time off is 7 days. All requests for time off must be finalized at the time of submission. No requests for time off can be made during orientation week. The expected patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Diverse patient diagnoses may be encountered.
