Candidates should have hospital experience and be flexible to work both outpatient and inpatient settings. They should be able to process prescriptions in a timely manner while adhering to policies and procedures. Counseling patients effectively is essential. The ideal candidate will have current medication knowledge and flexibility in scheduling. Shift times may vary, including nights, days, swings, and weekends. The pharmacy operates with a strong team dynamic. The staff fills a high volume of prescriptions daily with the assistance of technology. We are actively involved in patient outreach and community health initiatives. Pharmacy staff contribute to the profession through preceptorship opportunities.
