Travel Pharmacist - $3,247 per week in Redding, CA

Job Title: Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10-hour Day, Evening shifts with varied starts of 5 AM, 7:30 AM, and 10 AM, every other weekend Hours per Shift: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: California Pharmacist license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Pharmacy residency and/or BCPS preferred. Experience in oncology infusion centers is a plus. No new graduates please. Description: The unit has 267 inpatient beds and 100 outpatient beds. The pharmacist will work with a tech-to-pharmacist ratio of 2:1 per state law. Experience with Cerner EMR and Omnicell for dispensing cabinets is required. There is a weekend and holiday requirement for this position. Pharmacy operates 24/7, and there is a sterile compounding experience desired. Shifts will include days, evenings, and nights. Floor-specific orientation will be provided. Common diagnoses include NICU, pediatrics, adults, geriatric, and oncology patients. A hospitalist or intensivist will be present in-house.
