Certifications: Mandatory Experience: - Bachelor of Science or Pharm D. degree from an American Colleges of Pharmacy Education required.
- Must have a valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
- 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and human relation skills when dealing with co-workers, other Center employees, the medical staff, patients, families, and the general public.
