Travel Pharmacist - $3,275 per week in San Francisco, CA

Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years of inpatient and outpatient experience required, including 2 years of transplant experience. License: Registered Pharmacist (RPh) Certifications: PharmD, AHA or ARC certifications required. Must-Have: Outpatient and inpatient experience Transplant experience Description: This position is for a Clinical Pharmacist working day shifts, Monday through Friday. There are no weekends or holiday shifts required. No call is expected for this role. Candidates must have experience in outpatient and inpatient settings. A minimum of 2 years of experience in transplant pharmacy is required. Responsibilities will include providing medication management, clinical dosing, and therapeutic monitoring. Familiarity with high-alert medications and sterile technique is essential. Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, anticoagulation therapy, and pain-controlled analgesia is preferred. The daily census for this position includes caring for 12 patients, averaging 12 visits per day. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team are important for success in this role.
