Travel Pharmacist - $3,292 to $3,392 per week in Lancaster, OH

Shift: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off – Night Shift
Schedule: Thursday Night through Thursday Morning
On-Week Hours: 8:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Review, interpret, validate, process, and accurately dispense medication orders and prescriptions.
• Monitor patient medication therapy for therapeutic appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety.
• Provide pharmaceutical care and support appropriate medication use for hospital patients.
• Communicate drug and medication information to physicians, nurses, patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist with medication preparation and drug information.
• Ensure adequate medication supplies and maintain appropriate pharmacy inventory and controls.
• Coordinate and oversee pharmacy technician activities during the shift.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the sole Pharmacist in the hospital from approximately 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with CPhT support throughout the night.
• Apply strong clinical judgment, prioritization, problem-solving, and time-management skills in an independent overnight setting.
